Our designs

All designs sold on zamervia.com are original artwork created for Zamervia. We do not use the names, logos or trademarks of sports leagues, teams, players or other brands, and our products are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them.

Reporting a concern

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe a product on our website infringes your copyright or trademark, please email contact@zamervia.com with:

1. Your name, address, phone number and email address;
2. A description of the work or mark you believe is infringed;
3. The URL of the product page concerned;
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent or the law;
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on its behalf;
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We review every complete notice promptly and remove any product that infringes the rights of others.
